The cocoa bean was first given its name by a swedish scientist named Carl Linnaeus and he called it Theobroma.

How do you get cocoa butter

Obtained from the whole cocoa plant  about 54% - 58% of the residue is cocoa butter

How long had it been around for?

Chocolate had been around for 2000 years and according to research it may be even older.

Lecithin- an emulsifier often made from soy, that makes the ingredients blend together.
Vinilla

Fruits, nuts popping candy and such for flavored chocolate and other add ins.
