When you eat food it gives you energy to do things throughout the day. There is healthy food such as fruit and vegetables and there is sugar packed food such as candy and cupcakes. Meat is also an existing food and red meat gives you iron.
If you don’t eat food you are destined to get sick or possibly die. Food helps you with energy, and protein. If you eat too much candy or sweets your teeth will become extremely yellow(Especially if you don’t brush your teeth).
